Marcellus Shale
Interest in Marcellus shale drilling in Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio and West Virginia has spurred a flurry of activity from a multitude of drilling companies. RTC has been assisting land owners, law firms, and accounting firms in assessing marcellus shale property royalty values, and is fully compliant with IRS filings.
We appraise producing property, properties recently leased for oil and gas, and those not yet leased. We have also provided assistance to our clients in the review of proposed leases to help assure that leasees do not take advantage of the land owner.
