Drilling interest in the Marcellus shale in Pennsylvania, New York, and West Virginia has spurred a flurry of activity from a multitude of drilling companies.  RTC has been assisting land owners and law firms and accountants in estate planning needs.  We are fully compliant with IRS fillings.
