RTC has been in the appraisal field for nearly 20 years. During that time, RTC staff has appraised thousands of properties ranging from small residential properties to massive commercial, industrial and mineral properties. Our personnel specializes in mineral properties and mass mineral assessments around the world.

GIS Services

RTC provides a wide range of mapping services, from parcel mapping to three dimensional modeling, and imaging services. We have been a MapInfo Business Partner and an Authorized Software Reseller since 1990. Web based mapping provides an affordable solution to multiple users accessing the same maps and data. We special is in providing county government GIS consulting services. Navigation of the maps and full search capabilities are given to the multiple users while data is stored in a single central location.

Geotechnical Services

 

Our geotechnical services have been the backbone our mineral appraisal services. RTC's geologists have experience in abandoned mine lands investigation and reclamation, subsurface geologic mapping, exploration and delineation of reserves, mine permitting and mine productivity analysis.
